1. deposit and cleaning 

The final cleaning in the amount of 50, - EUR is locally to pay. 
(For dogs 50 € extra)

A deposit of 150,00 Euro is cash or in the form of the travel document, to be paid on spot. 

2. payment 

The tenant has to be paid within 7 days from the completion of the reservation a down payment of 40% of the total net rent. 
The balance must be adjusted addressed no later than 7 days prior to arrival at the landlord. 

The owner reserves the right, in the case of late payments from the lease contract withdraw. The owner is then entitled to claim compensation, after the packages in accordance with paragraph 5 of this rental agreement. 

3. due diligence 

The tenants have to treat the rented facilities and the furnishings with care. Damage caused culpably have it must be replaced tenants. Tenants are obliged, in respect of the premises, the introduction direction check for completeness and its proper application to exceed and to inform immediately report complaints to the landlord claims. During the lease period occurring damages tenants also have to be reported immediately. 4. House Rules 

Tenants are obliged to abide by the house rules. The Policy is made in the rented premises. 

5. cancellation

The tenant is entitled to cancel the contract before the rental. In the event of such a withdrawal, compensation will be making asserted by the proprietor, namely as follows: 

Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before arrival: 30% of rental  

Cancellation 32 days to 22 days before arrival: 60% of rental

Cancellation 21 days to 12 days before arrival: 80% of rental

Cancellation 11 days before arrival to arrival: 90% of rental

The tenant has the right to a replacement tenant to take over the apartment in full screen. Therefore, a processing fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged. Cancellation fees are then not charged.
