Welcome to our Apartment! For a more pleasant visit we ask you to follow these rules:

  • Feel yourself at home, but behave your self like a guest would you have at your home. and take care of all of the things that are there. At the end of your visit you should leave the apartment in a shape I was before.  Thank you 😊 

  • At the arrival you must submit a valid identity card, passport or driving license. Your arrival will be registered on the Tourist office in Supetar. During the stay, guests is not allowed to provide accommodation service to people who did not report to the owner.

  • A refundable deposit of 150,00 € is due at arrival.

  • The guests get the keys of the house from the owner and they use it for opening and closing the doors. For every lost or taken key you have to pay 50,00 €.

  • The guest give their key at the departure to the owner.

  • We ask you to be quiet from 11:00 PM, because of the neighbors.

  • Before you leave the apartment we ask you to turn off all of the equipment and close all the windows and doors, special the parasol.  ⛱

  • Never leave children and pets unsupervised no matter the age. We do not take responsibility if anything happens to the children or pets, but be aware that the Garden and parking-space isn't a play area.

  • We are not responsible for any lost items that the guest keep in the apartment.

  • house inventory, damaged or stolen, will be charged to you

  • We ask you to give all found items to the owner

  • Smoking in the apartment is not allowed, this is the reason we have an ashtray on the balcony.

  • If there are any problems with the electricity or the water lines, we ask the guest to do not repair these problems by them selfs but to call the number +49 163 777 3965.

  • The barbecue area is an area that can be accessed by anyone. Because the forest dryness, guests are asked to use it extremely carefully as all other tools which can cause a fire. 

  • If guest doesn’t follow the house rules, the owner has the right to cancel the booking. In this case guests will be charges the entire amount of the booked period, regardless of the shorter stay. It is considered that the customers agrees with the house rules when they take the apartment.
